I don’t know about you, but I know the feeling all too well when it comes living to pay check to pay check and how it can be stressful.

I know what you’re thinking that couponing takes up too much time and you just don’t have time in your busy life to sit and cut coupons. But I am here to hopefully shed some light that even if your schedule is crazy (like mines can be at times) you can still save money and who wouldn’t want to save money especially when your living within a budget right?
But you don’t have to be an extreme couponer and spend hours and hours on finding deals. I spend about one to two hours a week finding deals for things I need and then I go find my deal and the cherry on top is when everything is FREE (not all the time I am not that awesome, LOL).

Let me tell you how I taught myself how to coupon. First, what I always tell my friends who find it overwhelming to coupon is that the best place to start couponing and the easiest place is CVS. CVS is great because you get back Extrabucks which are like cash that can be redeemed only at their store and you can use it to buy anything.

The first thing you want to do is sign up for a CVS extra care card which gives you discounts towards products. Second, download the CVS app and link your CVS card to it and boom you’ll receive CVS coupons too. Now I won’t get into a lot of details on how exactly the CVS coupons work I will get into that in my next blog.

Next, enroll in the Beauty Club which should be on the App once you downloaded it there is an option to enroll in the beauty club this is a great program that helps you receive $5 Extrabucks when you have spent $30 in beauty products.

Youtube! Watch videos on how to coupon that’s what I did. You also must learn some coupon lingo (you know the restrictions that are on the coupon they can be kind of confusing) but honestly, it’s not hard at all once you read up on it.

FYI Extrabucks can be rolled over to pay for other items the same day you don’t have to wait until the next day to use your Extrabucks. The Extrabucks usually print on the bottom of your receipt sometimes Extrabucks can go straight to your card. But I will touch more on that in my next blog.

I hope this kind of gives you some hope that you can coupon to and not have it consume your life.

Remember always be you! Until next time.
